Stua Photography

2006

Martin&Zentol prepared a feature on the Stua Globus chair at the Milwaukee Art Museum (EEUU), a work by the famous architect Santiago Clatrava. The heaviest snowfall of the last decade occurred on eve of the photography session. That meant that the Museum had to close its doors for the first time ever. And our cameras were there to capture the unusual lack of visitors and the magical light that flooded through the building. The feature on the chair ended with a photo-shoot in the grounds outside the Hotel Rio Bidasoa, in Hondarribi (Basque Country). There was also an illustrated feature on the Stua brand products at the Maison Architectes Ile de France, in Paris, a place that captures the charm of the past between its walls and was designed by Karine Chartier & Thomas Corbasson, architects. Another feature was shot in the main offices of Caja Granada savings bank, designed by Alberto Campo Baeza and classified as a "light impluvium".
